How long have you been writing?: Well. I can’t honestly remember a time when I wasn’t writing, so I’ll estimate about 13 years; I’ve been writing fanfic for almost two-and-a-half years.
Any other communities you post at: It usually depends on what I’ve written, so where I post jumps around a lot, but, in the past, I’ve posted to: remusxsirius, hp_odd_pairings, hp_oneshot, [Bad username: hp_slash_fanfic?,], the similarly defunct slytherinfics, not_the_trio, hprarepairs, one_true_pair, 1000ways_claw, claw_and_tales, luna_hermione, crouchjr, the_ass_ship, scorpialbus, hpfic, hp_shipless, rarepair_shorts, 7spells, and _sulgclub. And it isn’t a community, but I post all my fic at duanya_lesfics.
What got you into fanfiction?: A few months after HBP, I had a plotbunny for a Sirius/Remus, Luna/Hermione fic that I had to indulge; I’d written a bit of fanfic beforehand, but writing and working on that fic really captured me and got me into writing fanfic.

Do you want your sample to be critiqued?: Sure thing; go ahead.
Any challenge ideas?: Maybe, “write the opposite of your OTP?” (e.g.: if R/Hr is your OTP, write H/Hr; if SB/RL is your OTP, write RL/NT, SS/RL, SB/SS, or JP/SB). They had the art equivalent of this challenge as a weekly theme at the now defunct smut_wednesday, and the results were great. Character-based challenges could be fun too, especially for minor characters or characters who aren’t written about a lot; my top two recommendations for this would be Slughorn and Crouch Jr., but they’re two of my top five favorite characters, so my opinion is pretty biased.

Hi! :) I'm new here and so here's my application ^.^

Name: Immi or Stranglers_Gal though I'd prefer Immi because I chose my screename when I was deeply infatuated with The Stranglers and that love has 
rather dwindled somewhat. Also, it makes me seem as if I'm the girlfriend of a strangler ... So, Immi's fine. :)

We mustn't mess with fate), Harry/Ginny (but only in canon), Ron/Hermione (ditto), and sometimes Draco/Harry. But I'm open to most pairings aside from Remus/Tonks (he's mine I tell you, mine) and Voldemort/anyone.
How long have you been writing?: With fanfiction ... about three years. But I've been writing anything since about the age of 5.
Any other communities you post at: This will be the first livejournal community I've posted fanfiction at, though I did once post a fiction story at youngwriters
What got you into fanfiction?: I read it for about a year and then suddenly realised that as I loved writing almost as much as reading, I could give writing some fanfiction a go.

Favorite pairings: Would you like the entire archive? For Harry Potter the canon pairings - Harry/Ginny, Lily/James, Remus/Tonks - are mosty my favorites. But I do like the occasional Tom/OC and I support (to a degree) the Rose/Scorpius pairing.

How Long I've Been Writing: I started writing non-fanfic when I was 9 and fanfiction when I was around 11.

What Got Me Into Fanfic: Sherwood Smith's Crown Duel, which was so awesome that I started searching on Google for fanfics, and stumbled upon www.fanfiction.net and voila - a fanfiction writer is born.

And mostly, I thought it was very strange to call your loved a Mudblood anyway. I'm inclined to think this was not without reason.
