Asingan atau lebih dikenali sebagai Perbandaran Asingan merupakan sebuah perbandaran di wilayah Pangasinan, Filipina. Perbandaran ini mempunyai jumlah penduduk seramai 58,349 dalam isi rumah 15,331.
