Lingayen atau lebih dikenali sebagai Perbandaran Lingayen merupakan sebuah perbandaran di wilayah Pangasinan, Filipina. Perbandaran ini mempunyai jumlah penduduk seramai 108,510 dalam isi rumah 25,001. Ia mempunyai luas 62.76 kilometer persegi dan ketinggian 7.0 meter di atas permukaan laut.
