Each partner also has a designated Customer Success Manager who is available to connect and work with you to enhance your partnership and ensure your partnership is working to help you achieve your growth goals.

Yes - absolutely. Our strategies complement and enhance your current systems. We work with culturally based councils, Panhellenic, IFC, local chapters — and everything in between — to build strategies that reflect your unique values and goals. Our tools, strategy, and education is rooted in research that will only help you continue to grow and won't hinder your experience no matter what other tools are available to you!

Strategy support often begins with a discovery session or planning call. From there, we tailor follow-up coaching, education, or consulting hours based on your goals — always with clarity, not complexity.

You may already have coaching or consultation hours included in your partnership. If you’re not sure, just ask your Phired Up Customer Success Manager or email us — we’ll walk you through what’s available and how to activate it.
