Guiuan atau lebih dikenali sebagai Perbandaran Guiuan merupakan sebuah perbandaran di wilayah Samar Timur, Filipina. Perbandaran ini mempunyai jumlah penduduk seramai 52,749 dalam isi rumah 13,293.
