Lawaan atau lebih dikenali sebagai Perbandaran Lawaan merupakan sebuah perbandaran di wilayah Samar Timur, Filipina. Perbandaran ini mempunyai jumlah penduduk seramai 13,063 dalam isi rumah 3,213.
