Deborah Kruger is an environmental artist known for her feathered sculptures. The feathers in her abstract decorative textiles feature images of  endangered birds and text in endangered  languages. All of her artwork is a homage to the losses of species and culture that are both impacted by human induced climate change and habitat fragmentation.
