Alphabet Unveil New single "Sense"

London London indie rock/indie pop/alt four-piece Alphabet have unveiled their expansive new single “Sense”.

The track, co-produced by the band and Luke Farnall, follows their summer tour and recent acclaimed single “Pressure”. Grab it here.

With just a handful of singles to their name, the band already have racked up over 200K streams and built an enviable presence on the UK live circuit with appearances at Truck Festival, Green Man Festival, Liverpool Sound City, Brighton Psych Fest, and Outertown Festival. They also sold out their first headline show at the Sebright Arms last March, and have supported the likes of Slow Fiction, Ulrika Spacek, TRAAMS, Our Girl, and Egyptian Blue.

“Sense” captures what has made the band such an exciting live prospect. Blending ethereal and dreamlike textures with driving intensity, the new single off sets melodic yet abrasive guitars, propulsive drumming, against dual vocals from Milo McNulty (guitar/vocals) and Lena Pilshofer (bass/vocals), that shift between urgency and tranquillity with a sense of euphoria.

Speaking on the track, McNulty says, “lyrically, the song explores the shifting nature of emotions. The quiet battle with my inner monologue and the journey toward finding balance and peace among the chaos.”

Tune in now.
