From 26th August to 1st September 2024, Chris at Calmgrove and I here at Literary Potpourri are co-hosting a one-off Moomin Week. The week celebrates the works of Finnish author Tove Jansson as also the upcoming Moomin-themed wedding of Paula at Book Jotter. Jansson wrote 9 books and 5 picture book featuring these hippo-like white creatures as also the many other whimsical characters she dreamed up. With fun adventures and also deeper, more profound layers, these books can be enjoyed by both children and adults!
