• averysfriend is reaching out to LJ-era BSG fans in hopes of preventing fic posted to LJ from going the way of fic posted to Survival Instinct.

If you're a person who has AO3 bookmarks that point to LiveJournal (or anywhere, really), it's not a bad idea to go to your bookmarks page and enter bookmarkable_type: ExternalWork in the "Search within results" filter field and make sure you have a copy of everything you love saved to your hard drive. I like to tag the bookmarks "Downloaded" so I know what I have.
