1. Membership and billing
Toffee Kitchen offers a monthly membership at $7.99 per month and an annual membership at $79.99 per year. New members receive a 30-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial.
2. Auto-renewal, in plain language
When your free trial ends, your membership automatically begins and your payment method is charged the plan price. Your membership then renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) at the then-current price, until you cancel. We will send a reminder before your trial converts to a paid plan.
3. How to cancel
You can cancel at any time from your account page or by emailing info@linktoffee.com. If you cancel during your free trial, you will not be charged. If you cancel a paid membership, you keep access until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
4. Store purchases
Products in our kitchen store are sold subject to availability. Prices and shipping costs are shown at checkout. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery. Returns are governed by our Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to copy, resell, or redistribute our recipes, photography, or other content; not to share your account credentials; and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site. Memberships are for personal, household use.
6. Intellectual property
All recipes, written content, branding, and the compilation of the site are owned by TOFFIES & COMPANY LLC or licensed to us, and are protected by intellectual property laws. Photography is licensed from third-party providers. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the content for your own cooking.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute not subject to arbitration shall be the state and federal courts located in Florida.
8. Arbitration and class action waiver
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the site will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered under the rules of a recognized arbitration provider, rather than in court, except that either party may bring a claim in small-claims court. You and we agree that each may bring claims only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative proceeding. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first accepting these terms by emailing us.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TOFFIES & COMPANY LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Changes
