How does the free trial work?

Answer

Simply sign up for a Silver, Gold or Business plan. You will immediately receive subscription benefits, but you will pay nothing for the first 7 days. Please note there is a limit of one free trial per account.

How often will I be charged?

Answer

Silver, Gold and Business subscribers may select either monthly or yearly billing. You may cancel your subscription at any time and your subscription will remain active for the duration of the period for which you have paid. The first charge will be processed at the end of your 7-day free trial.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Answer

We have several payment options available, including credit, debit cards and PayPal. The payment options available to you depend on the subscription plan type and billing country. You'll see a list of all the payment options available to you in the check-out process. For Business plan subscriptions, an invoicing option is available.

Can I change plans or cancel any time?

Answer

Yes. You can upgrade to a plan with more features or cancel at any time. If you cancel your 7-day free trial of a Silver, Gold or Business subscription within the first week, you will pay nothing for that first week. You may cancel your subscription at any time and your subscription will remain active for the duration of the period for which you have paid.

How can I cancel my subscription?

Answer

Should you wish to cancel your subscription, please visit the billing page. In the billing section you will see a link to cancel your subscription, please click this link to cancel. Your subscription will be canceled at the end of the current billing cycle.

Why do I need to enter my payment information for the 7-day free trial?

We're asking for your payment information so that we can ensure an uninterrupted service once your free trial is over.

Question 7

Where can I use my Flightradar24 subscription?

Answer

Your subscription works on web and mobile with the same log in credentials across all platforms. Track flights on the web or in our iOS and Android mobile apps.

Question 8

I share ADS-B data, how do I activate my Contributor plan?

Answer

Please sign up for a free account using the following link using the same email address with which you registered your feed. Once your feed is live, your complimentary Contributor plan will be activated.

Question 9

Is API access included with the Silver, Gold or Business plan?

Answer

No. The Flightradar24 API that offers powerful endpoints to access real-time aircraft positions, comprehensive airline/airport information, and historic flight data, is available separately.
