Memberships

Every membership begins with a 30-day free trial, so you can explore the full library before paying anything. If you cancel during the trial, you are never charged. If you are charged and remain unsatisfied, contact us within 30 days of that charge and we will refund it in full.

Kitchen store products

You may return most unused products in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. To start a return, email info@internetprguide.com with your order reference. We will provide return instructions.

Return window

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Items received after this window, or that show signs of use beyond inspection, may be refused or subject to a partial refund.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item, or after we approve a membership refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exceptions

The following are not eligible for return or refund: perishable goods and consumables; digital downloads and printable content once accessed; gift cards; and items marked final sale. These exceptions do not affect your statutory rights.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order reference. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs, at no charge to you.
