Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of The Internet Recipe Guide (the "Site"), operated by INTERNET REP HOLDINGS, LLC. By using the Site or purchasing a membership or product, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to create an account or make a purchase.

Memberships and billing

Memberships are offered on a monthly basis at $9.49 per month or an annual basis at $99.49 per year, each beginning after a 30-day free trial. By starting a membership you authorize us to charge your payment method the applicable fee at the end of your trial and at the start of each subsequent billing period.

Auto-renewal in plain language

Your membership renews automatically. A monthly plan renews every month and an annual plan renews every year, at the then-current price, until you cancel. We will charge your payment method on file at each renewal unless you cancel beforehand.

How to cancel

You can cancel at any time from your account page or by emailing info@internetprguide.com. If you cancel during your free trial, you will not be charged. If you cancel after billing begins, your access continues until the end of the current paid period, and you will not be charged again.

Kitchen store purchases

Product orders are subject to availability and the prices shown at checkout. Shipping is a flat $6.99 within the US and free on orders over $75.00. Returns are governed by our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to copy, redistribute, scrape, or resell our recipes or other content, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, or use the Site for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Intellectual property

All recipes, text, photography, graphics, logos, and software on the Site are owned by INTERNET REP HOLDINGS, LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access the content for your own non-commercial cooking use. All other rights are reserved.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute not subject to arbitration shall be the state and federal courts located in Florida.

Arbitration and class action waiver

Except for claims that may be brought in small-claims court, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered under the rules of a recognized arbitration provider. You and we agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing us.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, INTERNET REP HOLDINGS, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Cooking involves heat, sharp tools, and allergens; you are responsible for safe practices in your own kitchen. See our Disclaimer for more.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
